2027 Calendar Project

"Barnyard Friends"

12 new artworks, 12 individual stories. One subject that really started it all.

This project was jumpstarted when I reached out to 3 Hangin' 3 Quarter Horses in Montana about a collaboration. After a brief but exciting conversation, this project was born. And it was about time.

For the past several years, I've had people asking when I was going to create a calendar of my own and I always had to say "I don't really know". I've always loved the idea, but the right project and the right timing had never quite come together. Then this opportunity came along.

And how fitting that my first calendar would feature my favorite subject: horses.

They are what started me on pencils more than two decades ago, and they continue to inspire me every day.

12 New Works. 12 Stories.

I'm creating 12 brand new works for this calendar, each with its own story.

There will be connections between horses and their young, moments from ranch life, and the little details that make this Western way of life so special to me.

Several works are already complete, and I'm continuing to work diligently behind the scenes on the rest.

I've shared a few previews along the way, but there is still much more to come.

"Heart to Heart"

This will not be the type of calendar that you toss away at the end of the year.

I'm creating it with the same care and attention to detail that goes into my original artwork, with beautiful printing and substantial paper so the artwork can be enjoyed throughout the year.

My goal is for you to be able to hang it in your home and look forward to turning the page each month, and perhaps even keep the artwork long after 2027 has passed.
